All First Cleans will be a deep clean at $45/hr. After first deep clean the dusting of ceiling fans, cleaning of baseboards, exterior of cabinets and windows will be monitored and cleaned when needed. All cleaning packages subject to specific cleaning specifications. Rates are priced personally to your clean and needs. $25 discount is applied on first clean. $25 referral bonus is also offered.
package includes: deep clean of bathrooms, deep clean of kitchen including interior of appliances and interior and exterior of cabinets, windows, floors and baseboards throughout and dusting of ceiling fans and light fixtures. Any extras upon request may cost extra.
A deep clean of the home.
Kitchen: surface cleaning of countertops, interior/exterior of cabinets, interior/exterior of appliances, windows/patio glass doors, floor and baseboards, garbage removal.
Bathrooms: toilet, sink, mirror, showers/tubs, interior/exterior of cabinets, dusting of light fixtures, floors and baseboards and garbage removal.
Living areas/bedrooms: dusting of ceiling fans and light fixtures, horizontal surfaces, windows, mirrors and floors.
